Our Selection

Come to the Market to choose from a diverse array of frozen beef and pork cuts along with seasonal whole chickens (May-October). We also carry items that we hand picked to help our customers make a delicious meal. These items are from businesses located in such towns as Arthur, Lovington, Effingham, and Champaign. The choices include but aren’t limited to: homemade breads, pastries, cookies, noodles, handmade seasonings and flavored butters. On most Saturdays, the Market offers the customers a chance to buy a delicious croughnut (a croissant donut that has flaky layers filled with flavor). Check our Facebook page before a Saturday to see if it’s a croughnut day and to find out what tasty flavor will be carried. The Market also carries basic produce. During the summer months, the produce is sourced from local farmers and gardens. 

Also at the Market, you can find unique gifts from general items to seasonal. All of the crafts in the Market are handmade from local vendors or from surrounding communities. We welcome vendors to reach out to us to discuss the possibility of carrying their handmade products. As farmers, our first priority is to offer the best quality raised meat to feed your families.
